## Launching KreiosLabs

To try out the app for free, just head over to [KreiosLabs website](https://kreioslabs.com/) and click launch app. \

From there you will be asked to sign-in via Google.

Please note: If you can't access the app, try using a VPN or avoid using a browser with a Phantom extension when you encounter the suspicious app firebase.

Once you have successfully signed in, you will be immediately redirected to the screener. \

Have fun screening!

## Pricing Plans

KreiosLabs offers two plans: a free version so you can try out the essentials of the crypto screener, and a paid version to access all the premium features (and of course, customizations). Right now we are running a lifetime plan wherein you will have lifetime access to KreiosLabs for only **$169.**

## Subscribing to Pioneer

### Create a Free Discord Account

To create a discord account, go to [Discord website](https://discord.com/) and download the Discord app (or open it from the browser) and enter your desired username.&#x20;

### Joining the Discord

When you first join our server, you won't be able to see anything besides our announcements and verify channel. To see the rest of the public channels, you must verify your account. If you haven't already joined the server, [click here](https://discord.gg/jBt7wpJG2j).&#x20;

If you have problems verifying, send a direct message to one of the mods (those with the Chief Scientist roles) and they will sort everything out.

### Opening a Payment Ticket

Once you have a verified role, open #get-help channel and press the "Payment" button.&#x20;

A ticket with a number will appear right below the #get-help channel and this is where you can talk to the assigned mods who will help you with the subscription process. Kindly wait for their replies especially when opening a ticket outside working hours.&#x20;
